Piece of Heaven

After an eventful beginning of the year, it wasn’t until yesterday, that we had time to redeem J’s Christmas present for me: a lunch in a famous local landmark and à la carte restaurant Näsinneula. Boy, what a nice present it was!

To be honest, I wasn’t too excited about it at first, because my last experience from real à la carte meal was from time when I didn’t understand what good food was and complained about missing french fries — a long time ago. But now the food blew my mind away! Yammy! And the whole experience (even it lasted only for few hours) was like a whole relaxing mini-vacation in the middle of everything. ❤

View from the restaurant is over Tampere and Lake Näsijärvi.  The restaurant spins around the tower, one round takes 45 minutes.

Main course: fresh water pike perch. And the cheese plate of cheeses produced near-by we ate so quickly, I didn't even have time for a snapshot... :P
